Our spacious living area comes ready with designer furniture; giving you that ‘It’s good to be home’ feeling on day one. This bespoke, custom crafted furniture includes: 2 seater Hay Can sofa, Workstories Tv Unit, NoNo coffee table, roller blinds and Nuaire ventilation system keeping you fresh.
Kitchen / dining
Cooking up a storm in your kitchen will be a breeze. Our kitchens come with all of the white goods you’ll need: Beko in-built oven, Samsung ceramic hob, Beko in-built fridge/freezer and a Beko dishwasher. Whether you’ve cooked yourself a gourmet meal or ordered takeout your dining furniture is ready and waiting: Ocee dining table, 2 x Soft Edge Dining Chairs. Your Beko washer/dryer is separate to the living space so you can enjoy your Netflix feast in peace.
Bathroom
We know that the bathroom is an important part of any home. The bathroom features a wash basin, toilet and shower-over-bath. We’ve used bespoke, designer tiles in all of our bathrooms along with stylish finishes such as a large circular mirror and wire wall rack.
Bedroom
Our bedrooms come furnished with a super comfy Rodger Lewis double bed with a mattress; featuring gas lift storage for some extra space for your belongings. The roof terrace is a dream; it is a lovely space to relax. The gym is great quality and well maintained. The communal lounge is a nice social area to meet neighbours. The building is fantastic and so perfectly put together, I have loved every minute of living here.

The community around here is great. Just at the back of the apartment block you have Old Market, which is full of small, independents­ cafes, bars, eateries and retailers. Temple Meads train station is a 2-minute walk away, as well as bus stops. The area/street itself is quiet, even though it's in the city centre which is nice.
