Hang out with old friends or meet new friends in our Clubroom on the ground floor, entertain in our private dining rooms or soak up some sunshine on our rooftop terraces. And the best bit? They’re all included in your rent.

There’s no shortage of outdoor space at Box Makers Yard. We have a leafy green rooftop terrace with views across Bristol where you can soak up the sunshine (hopefully), socialise or lounge with a good book.

Private dining rooms

Fancy a feast with your mates? Be the host-with-the-most in one of our private dining rooms – with fully-equipped kitchens, 10 person dining tables and private outdoor terraces – then move things to the sofas for a night-cap (or two). A hire fee may apply.

Residents’ lounge

In the mood for company? Head to our Clubroom; it’s got cosy corners, comfy sofas and plenty of space for playing, working, laughing, relaxing – and more.

Residents’ hi-tech gym & studio

Find your zen or feel the burn in our state-of-the-art gym. It has all the equipment needed to make yoga lovers, heavy lifters and gym bunnies – plus everyone in between – happy.

Bike storage and car parking

We have a shed load of secure cycle storage to make getting out and about on your bike easy. For those with cars, we have secure allocated parking with fob access plus electric car charging bays.

Work spaces and meeting rooms

There’s no shortage of laptop-friendly places in our Clubroom. But if extra space or quiet is needed, our Private Dining Rooms double up as bookable Meeting Rooms. With high-speed broadband everywhere, working from home is a doddle. A hire fee may apply.

The roof terrace is a dream; it is a lovely space to relax. The gym is great quality and well maintained. The communal lounge is a nice social area to meet neighbours. The building is fantastic and so perfectly put together, I have loved every minute of living here.

The community around here is great. Just at the back of the apartment block you have Old Market, which is full of small, independents cafes, bars, eateries and retailers. Temple Meads train station is a 2-minute walk away, as well as bus stops. The area/street itself is quiet, even though it's in the city centre which is nice.
